Mike himself is fantastic. I think our issue was the fact that there were four different processors during our refinance and things fell threw the cracks and expired. This was very frustrating and made the process much longer than any other refinance has ever taken. I do have to commend Mike for getting the process completed when we were pressed for time and needed to get to settlement by a certain date.

Mike Bass is the loan officer for the buyers of my home. We are moving to the Caribbean and have done extensive planning, travel arrangements, shipping of vehicles and personal belongings. He suggests we postpone the settlement for a week, just to be safe. This throws many wrenches into many plans! He gave us no heads up, no notice, just hey, you're not settling when we told you for months that you would because we can't do our job in a timely manner. This is unacceptable! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Once you find Mike, he's the most patient guy to work with. You do not need to shop around different places for a mortgage.
